So my "How To" is going to be a recipe on how to make a perfect surpreme pizza. I'm glad I took home economics is high school because this is one of the foods I learned to make in class. So first we start with the ingredients to the crust.
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1 1/2 cup of warm water
a dash of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 1/2 cups of flour
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients. You can start by mixing it all with a spatula and then start working it all together with your hands to form a big ball of dough. If the dough still fills a little sticky to your hands, then just add a little more flour. Next you will make two incisions on top of the dough making sure they cross like the letter "x". This is done so when the dough is finished rising, you know where to cut it. After make sure you have the dough in the mixing bowl and with a towel cover the top of the bowl so the dough can rise. You will need to do this for 30 minutes.
After the 30 minutes have passed then you are ready to roll out your dough and add your prefered topping to it. It's time to cut the dough where you have marked your "x". Your dough is going to make three 12 inch pizza crusts. On your work surface lightly spread some flour so you are able to roll out your dough with a rolling pin. Roll out your crust about 12 inches in diameter and place it on a non stick pizza pan.
Now you are ready to add your toppings. Mine include sauce, lots of cheese, pepperoni's, green and red peppers, japs (jalepenos), olives, and meat. After you have added all your toppings you are going to cook your pizza on 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until your crust is brown from the bottom. Now you are ready to enjoy your perfect surpreme pizza.
